An in person consultation is required before booking any hair extension, wig, or hair topper service. This allows our hair restoration specialist to assess your needs and recommend the best solution. A deposit may be required for extended appointments or custom orders.
Because we offer a wide range of hair extensions, custom wigs, and hair toppers, pricing is personalized for each client. Final cost depends on the type of hair, length, method, and the amount of hair required.
Please note: All sales of wigs, toppers, and other non-surgical hair enhancements are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is customized to meet individual needs.
Cancellation Policy for Hair Extensions and Wig Services
To respect our specialists' time and ensure availability for all clients, a cancellation fee applies to hair extension, wig, and hair topper appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
